What you will do
- Contract management
- Delivering projects and services in accordance with the contractual scope and condition including the recording of changes (scope, time, etc.).
- Drafting purchase contracts and managing compliance.
- Drafting contractual preconditions for quotations and purchase/sales contracts.
- Stakeholder management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensuring transparent communication about progress, performance and improvements.
- Team coordination and leadership:
- Motivating, coaching and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve project and service goals.
- Budget and quality:
- Managing budgets and costs without compromising on quality.
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards and processes.
- Preparation of budgets for quotations and change requests.
- Reports and advice:
- Reporting on performance to senior management.
- Advising on improvements in projects, services and processes.
