Product Owner/Analyst/Manager (junior and senior)

• Lead and support the design, development, testing, and delivery of software products for national and international projects.
• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Define and maintain the product strategy, aligning it with technical solutions and business objectives.
• Develop clear and actionable functional and technical requirements (e.g., epics, user stories, and use cases).
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in technical software development.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving mindset combined with flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
