Senior Developer

As a Senior Developer, the role involves designing and implementing scalable, reliable backend systems that support these AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate works well in fast-paced environments and has strong experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and building performance, maintainable systems.

You will:  

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java backend systems, including RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external services.
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures using messaging systems such as Kafka or similar technologies.
• Contribute to AI-driven solutions, including LLM integrations, and design deterministic systems that leverage AI where appropriate.
• Ensure system reliability through CI/CD collaboration with DevOps, monitoring, observability, production support, and root cause analysis.
• Participate in architecture design, code quality, testing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java.
• Interest or experience in AI agents, automation workflows, or LLM-powered features.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Security), microservices architecture, and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and production incident resolution.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
