As a Junior BDR, you’ll take your first steps into the world of business development at WP SEO AI and play a key role in helping us grow across Germany. Germany is the next big growth story at WP SEO AI. Over the past months, we’ve been expanding our German team with native speakers based in our Amsterdam office, and this is just the beginning. You’ll be joining at the perfect moment to help shape our presence in one of Europe’s most exciting markets. In the near future, we expect to have even more German colleagues than Dutch ones, creating a strong international hub right in the heart of Amsterdam.

You’ll be part of a high-energy sales team where ambition, teamwork and learning go hand in hand. We’ll give you the time, guidance and training you need to hit your goals and grow fast. From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced BDRs and team leads who will help you master outreach, sales conversations and lead generation. Once you reach the average BDR targets for two consecutive months, you’ll be promoted directly to BDR and your salary will increase from €2,900 to €3,500, excluding bonuses. How quickly that happens is up to you — we’ll make sure you get all the support to get there.
