What you will do
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the toys and entertainment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and driving new business development. You will work closely with the account management team to build and maintain customer relationships and actively contribute to the success of our clients and our organization.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Engage new customers through phone and email, with face-to-face meetings when appropriate
- Lead contract negotiations and customer integration
- Support customers in implementing Icecat solutions
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy discussions
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Report to the Toys & Entertainment lead
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the toys and entertainment market
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and communication
