I am looking for a babysitter for my 3-year-old daughter. She should have a very good level of English and communicate with her in English consistently. The babysitter should have experience working with children, be active, and have creative ideas for activities and play. She should be able to follow a daily schedule that includes breakfast, playtime, educational and fun activities such as drawing, coloring, storytelling, singing, and physical activities. Most importantly, she should be caring, patient, responsible, and able to organize my daughter's time in a fun and productive way while helping develop her English skills.
