Mount Analytics - (Senior) Manager Data & Analytics

As a (Senior) Manager Data & Analytics at Mount Analytics, you'll combine subject-matter expertise with project management, team development and entrepreneurship.

You'll lead our client projects and act as a key advisor to stakeholders at the intersection of business, data and technology. You'll understand the underlying business challenge and help clients determine how data, analytics and technology can be used to create practical and sustainable solutions.

Your role goes beyond delivering services to our clients. Mount Analytics also develops its own models, products and solutions. As a (Senior) Manager, you'll play an active role in developing these further and bringing them to market.

Depending on your expertise and projects, your responsibilities may include:

• Independently leading complex data and analytics projects for our clients
• Advising senior stakeholders on challenges related to data, analytics and technology
• Leading and coaching Data Consultants, Data Scientists and Engineers within projects
• Translating complex business challenges into data and analytics solutions
• Identifying developments in data, analytics, AI and software engineering and translating them into opportunities for our clients
• Developing and expanding new propositions and services
• Contributing to the development of our own models, products and solutions
• Developing and updating go-to-market strategies for our products and services
• Identifying and developing commercial opportunities with existing and new clients

You don't need to write every line of code yourself, but you have enough knowledge of analytics and/or software engineering to advise our clients and teams, understand technical decisions and provide direction from a content perspective.
