About the role

As a PMO, you are the backbone of successful project execution. You will be involved in:

Operational and tactical support: Assisting project managers and teams in setting up, executing, and monitoring projects.
Coordination of project meetings: Organising and facilitating meetings focused on project development and progress.
Accurate documentation: Maintaining essential project documentation for smooth progress and clear communication within teams.
Progress monitoring: Actively monitoring the progress of projects to meet deadlines and identify potential obstacles in a timely manner.
Result-oriented follow-up: Ensuring thorough tracking of project results to measure success and facilitate improvements.
Self-development: Both personally and professionally by attending trainings in our traineeship, attending intervision sessions, and through mentor/coach conversations.
