• You are a natural leader and substantially contribute to our company growth.
• You have a large business network, and you generate leads for yourself and others.
• You are passionate about HR Consulting and have up-to-date knowledge of HR themes and HR trends and know how to translate this into concrete HR solutions: experience with the implementation of HR technology (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) or HR Shared Services/Global Business Services is a plus.
• You actively contribute to Quintop’s purpose and values.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager including working for multinationals.
• You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
• You are in the possession of a college/university degree.
