What you will do
As an MSP Solutions Consultant, you will help managed service providers successfully operationalize and grow their AvePoint MSP solutions. You will take the partner journey beyond the initial solution design and guide implementation, service readiness, adoption and continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on consulting role combining technical delivery with partner enablement and change management. You will work directly with MSP teams to translate a solution or proposition into a repeatable managed service that creates measurable value for the partner and its customers.
This role will have a strong focus on AvePoint Elements, our MSP platform, and the successful candidate will develop deep expertise in supporting partners with its adoption, enablement, and ongoing success.

What they look for
• Recent Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, MS-700, or equivalent predecessor certifications.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching or creating technical enablement content.
• Experience building or improving managed-service propositions, operational runbooks or multi-tenant service standards.
• Familiarity with IT governance, security, compliance or service-management principles.
