What you will do
Product roadmap. What we build and when, your call to make and yours to justify.
Conversion from registration to subscription. The moment a user decides we are worth paying for, maximized.
Customer lifetime value and minimize churn. More value, deeper usage, longer duration: CLV rise and churn decrease structurally. You learn from user behaviour.
Market intelligence. You know our competitors, spot trends before they hit, and keep us ahead of both.
