Head of People

As our Head of People, you largely define what this role looks like and serve as a key figure in our company's success. JouwWeb (internationally known as Webador) is a bootstrapped and fast-growing SaaS organization. Our ambition is clear: by 2030, we want to help 1,000,000 small business owners worldwide with their online presence. In our next growth phase, we want to continue doing that with a compact team (currently 55 people), which is only possible if we raise the bar for talent, leadership, performance, and employee satisfaction even further!

You will work directly with Wouter (founder and CEO) and take a seat in our Leadership Circle (7 people). The HR operation is up and running and 'lean'; we like to keep things simple (just like you) and are not looking for a laundry list of HR rules and rigid processes. You will work alongside an HR Advisor and an Interim Recruiter, and you can shape the future of the team yourself. With your backpack full of experience, you will take us to the next level by building a performance-driven culture, driving leadership and organizational development, and attracting and retaining top talent.

Key challenges you will focus on:

• Strategic leadership: As a sounding board for the CEO and member of the Leadership Circle, you contribute to our strategic direction and translate it to the organization. Additionally, you coach our team leads so they can grow in their roles and help their teams scale.

• Performance & culture: We combine an informal and pleasant culture with a strong drive for performance. You keep both sides sharp, ensuring colleagues feel at home and continue to develop.

• Talent acquisition: Crucial to our success is attracting the right smart people (internationally) who fit our team. You take full ownership and bring our recruitment to the next level.

• AI & organizational change: We believe our way of working is going to change significantly. You guide this transformation while staying true to who we are — and naturally use AI in your own daily work.
