What you will do

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 4-5 years of Salesforce experience. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce out of-the-box capabilities, customization options, integrations, and service processes. The role requires daily collaboration with an offshore development team while closely partnering with business stakeholders across multiple European markets

• 4-5 years of Salesforce experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Salesforce Consultant.

• Proven experience interacting directly with business stakeholders and senior management.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience working with distributed development teams.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
