Regional Product Marketing Lead (Benelux)

What you will do
You will take the lead in providing market feedback on the Product Performance that will be integrated into the Life Cycle Management (LCM) measures development.
This role is composed by two phases:
Launch Phase:
In the product launch phase, you will oversee all aspects of the local launch process, including coordination with marketing, sales, after-sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and successful market introduction.
Post Launch Phase:
After the market introduction you will monitor the regional product performance and co-create appropriate LCM-activities to meet the commercial targets.
What you will do
Understanding the dealer/importer automotive business model.
Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to align regional sales & marketing initiatives with broader business goals and adapt European strategies to local market needs.
Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in sales, after-sales, and logistics is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
Fluent Dutch / French / English speaker is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent role or commercial automotive business such as an OEM NSC or big dealer group
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
