Product Engineer – Product Development & Certification

As Product Engineer, you will join our Product & Application Development team and become a key contributor to new product development projects. From the first concept through testing and certification to market introduction, you ensure our products meet the highest technical and regulatory standards. You coordinate testing programs, work with external certification bodies across Europe and translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions for the business. This is a highly visible position where you collaborate with Development, Quality, Operations, Product Management and Sales. You connect people, manage projects and help ensure that innovation reaches the market safely, efficiently and compliantly.

• Participate in the development of innovative products and applications.
• Define certification strategies for new products and applications.
• Coordinate and execute product testing with external laboratories and certification bodies throughout Europe.
• Translate test results into technical specifications, declared performances and product approvals.
• Maintain and expand certifications for the existing product portfolio.
• Monitor new European legislation, standards and certification requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Support Product Management, Sales and Operations with technical expertise regarding certifications and product performance.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for Development, Process Engineering and Quality teams.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously while balancing technical, commercial and regulatory priorities.
