We are looking for a Service & Workshop Team Leader for the European Distribution Centre in ’s-Heerenberg.

This leadership role focuses on managing, developing, and coaching a team of 9–12 technicians within a technical service and repair environment. The Team Leader is responsible for the daily operation, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement of the central service workshop.

• Provide daily leadership to a team of 9–12 technicians.
• Ensure quality, planning, productivity, and safety within the workshop.
• Coach and develop team members to help them perform at their best.
• Analyze KPIs and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Logistics, Quality, Rider Care, and the wider European organization.
• Take responsibility for workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and the performance of your team.
