What you will do
- Work side-by-side with the sales manager to craft and execute sales tactics that hit the mark.
- Address and resolve any commercial or tactical challenges directly with the sales manager, keeping the process smooth and on track.
- Oversee and coordinate all sales engineering deliverables from the very first bid to the final handover, ensuring everything is aligned and delivered on time.
- Bring in the right technical experts to help you create the most effective and innovative conceptual designs for our clients.
- Stay true to the sales strategy by taking the initiative and driving actions that align with our overall goals.
- Juggle multiple projects across various sales phases without missing a beat, ensuring everything moves forward seamlessly.
- Lead an internal support team including procurement, planning, concept design, and controls to ensure everyone is working towards the same vision.
- Listen closely to customer needs, analyse their requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Ensure that every procedural step is followed on time, adhering strictly to our sales process checklists, so nothing falls through the cracks.
