Program Manager – Ecosystem Strategy & Operations

You’re a builder of operating systems, not a meeting scheduler. You take ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives and turn them into clear plans, owners, milestones and decisions. You’re comfortable holding senior leaders accountable to commitments, and you have the judgment to know when to push, when to escalate, and when to absorb noise so others can focus. You move with the speed of a startup and the rigor of a top-tier consulting firm — structured thinking, sharp written communication, and a bias for action. You’re energized by working across cultures and time zones, equally at ease in a room of engineers debating product strategy and in a boardroom-level review with C-level executives. Above all, you’re curious about AI and excited to help shape how it transforms billion-user businesses.

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, management consulting, chief-of-staff or comparable cross-functional roles, ideally within tech, AI, or fast-scaling consumer internet businesses.

• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end — from defining objectives and OKRs through to delivery, governance and reporting to senior leadership.

• Strong structured thinking and written communication: you can take a messy problem and produce a clear narrative, a sharp deck, or a concise briefing for an executive audience.

• Experience working directly with senior leaders (C-level or equivalent), with the maturity and presence to challenge, push back, and drive decisions when needed.

• Comfort operating across cultures and time zones, with a track record of building trust with technical and non-technical teams across multiple geographies.

• Genuine curiosity about AI and its application to consumer products — you don’t need to be a researcher, but you should be fluent enough to engage meaningfully with product, engineering and data science teams.

• English Fluency

• Willingness to be based in Amsterdam, with regular travel to portfolio companies across Europe, Latin America and India
