About the Team :

The Global Brand Team is a strategic marketing function that is responsible for building a compelling and consistent consumer-centric brand. As a Global Marketing Intern, you will support the Global Brand team in their mission and bring to life the Bugaboo brand positioning across all communication channels and touchpoints.

About the company

As a GTM Marketing Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting the execution of global Go-To-Market strategies. You'll assist the GTM Manager in campaign planning, asset coordination, toolkit optimization, and cross-functional alignment across markets. This is a hands-on role offering an exceptional learning opportunity in international campaign rollouts and cross-departmental collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

Assist in campaign planning and execution for global product and brand launches.
Help optimize templates and toolkits to ensure consistency and usability for local markets.
Maintain and regularly update the global marketing calendar to track milestones and deliverables.
Support coordination across internal teams (Brand Team, CRM, Performance Marketing, Design, Local Marketing, etc.).
Participate in project management tasks, including documentation, task tracking, and stakeholder updates.
Assist in the creation of internal communications (e.g., presentations, newsletters).
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark global campaigns and GTM strategies.

What You’ll Learn

About you:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Our requirement is that you can provide an approved University agreement.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

· Proficient in presentation design

· Strong attention to detail and rigorous execution.

· Familiar with or eager to adopt Agile ways of working.

· Creative, self-motivated, and organized with a proactive mindset.

· Team player with a strong interest in brand and consumer marketing.
