What you will do
Fyffes is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate Human Resources activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
In this role, you will translate Fyffes’ global initiatives and European HR strategy into effective country-level actions. Working closely with local management teams and the Regional HR Director Europe, you will provide strategic and operational HR guidance that supports business priorities, strengthens the employee experience and ensures compliance with company standards and local legislation.
This is a broad HR leadership role covering business partnering, talent management, organisation design, total rewards, payroll and HR administration.
What they look for
A degree or professional qualification in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role.
Fluency in Dutch, English and German is essential.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP HR, workday,…)
Strong compensation, analytical and data-interpretation skills. Payroll, experience with Belgian, Dutch and/or German labour law
