Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst

This is a hybrid position.

• Act as the primary point of contact and guide for regulatory compliance-related customer and market questions and requests.

• Contribute to the implementation of product compliance systems, policies, and programs.

• Support building the innovative Avery Dennison Product Stewardship database.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Operations, EHS, customers, end-users, health institutions, certified test institutes, legal firms, and government agencies.

• Conduct chemical risk assessment reports and confidently sign off on improved chemical raw material choices for adhesive formulations with the final application in mind.

• Academic degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science) or Regulatory Education in the field of the chemical or packaging industry.

• 1–2+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles is a plus.

• Proven hands-on experience with AI to manage data and compliance is a plus.

• Engineering or regulatory knowledge with an ability to understand technical specifications and regulations, and communicate the implications to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical skills and a consistent eye for detail.

• Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
