You collaborate with subject matter experts to capture that knowledge and transform it into engaging learning journeys across classroom, online and blended formats. You design experiences that are practical, interactive and energising for learners.

Build and optimise our LMS - Our LMS is a platform for creating high-quality learning experiences. You build and maintain learning journeys for internal, and where relevant external, audiences, ensure content meets our standards, and continuously improve the learner experience.

Raise quality and drive innovation - You maintain consistent quality across our programmes by working with shared learning principles and standards. You gather and analyse feedback, track participation and outcomes, and use learning technology and AI to enhance efficiency and impact. You stay curious, experiment with new approaches and share best practices across the organisation.

Support our external Academy - When needed, you contribute to client-facing learning programmes by helping translate our expertise into learning experiences that create value for clients.
