About the role
Take the opportunity to shape and build Dustin’s approach to safety and security across six countries. As Safety & Security Specialist, you will combine strategic development with hands-on responsibility to create safe, secure and compliant workplaces across our international organisation.
What you will do
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring safe, secure and compliant work environments across Dustin’s business premises, in line with local legislation, ISO requirements and other relevant legal, regulatory and contractual commitments.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of occupational health, safety and physical security across Dustin’s business premises. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with HR, IT Security, Compliance and business leaders to establish a consistent approach across the organisation.

For this role specifically, you can expect:
