What they look for
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience with a data migration or a system decommissioning or replacement project.
Strong analytical skills: you can untangle a mature, customised org and document it clearly.
Comfortable working closely with engineers on integrations, APIs and data exports.
Structured, autonomous and pragmatic, able to balance project delivery with ad-hoc support requests.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the safe decommissioning of our Salesforce instance over the next six months, while keeping the system running smoothly for our commercial teams until the switch is complete.
This is a hands-on, time-bound role with a clear goal: a clean, well-documented exit from Salesforce, with no loss of critical data and no disruption to the business.
