Growth Intern (German Copy & Creative)

What you will do
You'll join the growth team for one of our health & lifestyle brands, operating across Germany and the UK. The team runs paid acquisition, creative production, CRO, and lifecycle marketing across both markets. You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team and own real work from week one.
You'll support the creative and CRO team with a focus on the German market. Your two core responsibilities are German creative briefings and email marketing (German and English). Beyond that, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our German copy sharp and consistent everywhere a customer reads it.
What you will do
Write and refine German creative briefings for our designers, video editors, and media buyers (hooks, angles, scripts, on-screen copy).
Support German and English email marketing: drafting, optimizing language, localizing UK emails for the German market, and keeping tone consistent across flows and campaigns.
Own German copy quality across the website, landing pages, emails, and ads — proofreading, fixing inconsistencies, and suggesting clearer, more natural phrasing.
Support the CRO team with copy variants for A/B tests on landing pages and quiz funnels.
Help research competitor messaging, customer language, and review insights to feed into briefs.
Contribute to ad-hoc growth projects across DE and UK.
