IT Support Assistant

We are looking for an IT Support Assistant reporting directly to our IT Director (Located in the UK) and working closely with our People and Finance team you will look after our internal workplace systems, office network, and meeting room technology. As our company continues to grow, you will play a crucial role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly and helping our team solve everyday technical challenges.

This role combines hands-on IT troubleshooting, admin support, and hardware coordination. Working closely with the IT Director, you will help manage the full employee lifecycle—from setting up laptops for new starters to managing user accounts, updating hardware, and maintaining office technology.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, friendly, proactive, and engaging—someone who brings a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" attitude and loves helping people get the most out of their technology.
