This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Holland Casino, Philips & Univé.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with key clients.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations and follow-up across projects and ongoing activities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, brand, objectives, audiences and challenges, and ensure this context is reflected in the work we deliver.
- Organise and lead regular client meetings, calls, planning sessions, briefings and project check-ins.
- Translate client needs and requests into clear briefs and actionable next steps for internal teams.
- Work closely with Creative, Design, Strategy and other specialist teams to ensure work meets client expectations and objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to agreed budgets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client relationship, ways of working and the quality of our output.
- Support Account Directors with account planning and, as you develop in the role, take increasing ownership of client and account responsibilities.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for further work within existing client relationships, in collaboration with Account Directors and relevant specialists.
