We're looking for an experienced Reefer Sales Manager to lead our Northern Europe Continent (NEC) Reefer Sales team and drive the next phase of growth across our integrated cold chain business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine commercial strategy, customer engagement, and people leadership while playing a key role in maximizing the success of our Maasvlakte Cold Store, one of Maersk's strategic cold chain investments in Europe.

You'll own the commercial performance of the NEC reefer portfolio, developing growth strategies across key temperature-controlled commodities including:

• Fresh produce

• Protein and meat

• Seafood

• Frozen foods

• Other temperature-sensitive cargo

Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you'll identify new business opportunities and expand Maersk's integrated cold chain offering across ocean, landside, and logistics solutions.
