About the role
You will join a senior, multidisciplinary team that works closely together on complex, long-term challenges. Pair programming is an important part of how we work: we combine perspectives, challenge decisions early, and improve ideas together.
As a team, you determine the main goals and themes. Within those themes, you have the autonomy to identify problems, shape the work, and decide how to move it forward. This requires you to be comfortable with ambiguity and open collaboration rather than fully specified tasks.
We work hybrid, with regular time together in Groenlo. AI-assisted development is part of our day-to-day workflow, supporting implementation, testing, and exploration while technical judgment remains with the team.
