What you will do
- Contribute to the development, documentation and understanding of the project scope, objectives and technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to solution, develop and implement digital projects;
- Define and documenting the clients business functions and processes while keeping an eye out for any process important opportunities;
- Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product teams;
- Stay on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer;
- Requirements definition or clarification and writing/updating agile stories;
- Support with backlog preparation and prioritization;
- Participates in test case definition and user acceptance testing together with QA teams.
