You’re a recent graduate with a background in tech, strategy, data, economics or sustainability, based in the Netherlands (with the right to work here), passionate about using technology to solve sustainability challenges—and ready to grow in an international, dynamic setting.

What you bring

• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, ISSB). Experience in application or through studies is a plus.

• Passion for technology and AI, with experience or interest in process automation, data integration, or reporting systems.

• Experience with data analysis, coding, building AI bots, or automating systems is a plus.

• Comfortable with systems such as G-suite, Microsoft Office, etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
