Senior Associate Restructuring & Insolvency

What you bring

• At least 6 years’ experience as a Dutch-qualified lawyer in banking & finance, predominantly in private practice. Have 4 to 5 years and the right transactional background? We would like to hear from you as well.
• Solid finance transaction experience, and the ambition to specialize in restructuring and take on a broader advisory role.
• A genuine interest in insolvency law and goederenrecht, with the ambition to develop deeper knowledge in both areas. 
• A strong academic background and first-class drafting skills.
• At ease in an international team: you enjoy cross-border work, complex fact patterns and clients who expect judgement rather than analysis alone.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with highly developed analytical and project management skills.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
