Segment Manager Medical Devices Benelux

The successful candidate is an experienced Medical Devices business leader who combines strong Medical Devices industry credibility and regulatory understanding with commercial judgement, customer leadership and P&L accountability.

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Sufficient understanding of MDR, IVDR, ISO 13485 and the conformity-assessment ecosystem to engage credibly with customers and technical stakeholders. Deeper technical or regulatory expertise is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
• Proven experience in segment, business-unit, commercial or P&L leadership.
• Track record of developing markets, strategic accounts and complex B2B technical-service propositions.
• Experience working across countries and with global technical or regulatory networks is strongly preferred.
