Lead and Support Your Team

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team within the outbound warehouse operation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
• Act as the first point of contact for team members' questions, challenges, and operational issues.
• Support employee engagement, development, and performance through coaching and feedback.

Coordinate Daily Operations

• Ensure outbound orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor workflows, priorities, and operational performance throughout the shift.
• Allocate resources effectively, including workforce planning and equipment utilization.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

Drive Safety and Continuous Improvement

• Promote a strong safety culture and proactively address potential risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Lead and support small-scale improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Develop People and Processes

• Train and onboard new team members.
• Ensure employees have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed.
• Provide performance insights and operational feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support ongoing team development and succession planning efforts.
