💯 Fundamentals (Requirements)

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
Available from September 2026 - February 2027
Available for 5-6 months, for at least 32 hours per week
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Passionate about operations, processes, and continuous improvement
Strong communicator, organized, and self-motivated

🗓️ Your Day-to-Day as an Operations Intern

Process Optimization: Support the team in mapping, documenting, and improving day-to-day workflows to make our operations more efficient and scalable.
Project Coordination: Help coordinate cross-functional projects from kick-off to delivery, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.
Operational Support: Assist with the daily running of the business, including managing tickets, following up on action items, and keeping internal documentation up to date.
Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support communication with internal teams and external partners to keep operations moving smoothly.
Data & Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and help keep our operational systems organized and reliable.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on operational KPIs to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
