People Strategy Consultant

What you will do
Advise senior stakeholders on organizational development, leadership and strategic people challenges.
Translate employee feedback into meaningful insights and recommendations.
Facilitate discussions and presentations with executive and board-level audiences.
Build and expand relationships across customer organizations and stakeholder networks.
Challenge leaders, uncover blind spots and create alignment between people strategy and business priorities.
Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers to drive customer impact, retention and growth.
Identify opportunities to deepen strategic partnerships and increase customer value.
