Staff Product Manager, GTPN

As a Staff Product Manager, GTPN (Global Treasury & Payment Network), you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our customer-facing API platform, enabling global treasury and payment solutions at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure API products that empower our customers and partners to build next-generation financial experiences. This is a high-impact, strategic role with the opportunity to shape the future of global payments and financial infrastructure. This role is based in Amsterdam.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization.

• Develop and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs.

• Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product features.

• Translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, compliance, and data science—to deliver impactful solutions.

• Use data-driven methods to define and measure success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plans and launches.

• Represent GTPN in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners.

• Mentor and lead other product managers, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role.

• Stay ahead of industry trends in payments, APIs, and financial technology, and leverage AI/ML where relevant to drive product innovation.
