• Perform MIG/MAG welding on heavy steel structures and parts

• Work from technical drawings and welding instructions

• Carry out preparatory work such as grinding and fitting

• Ensure high-quality welds through visual and measurement checks

• Perform rework and repairs as needed

• Follow welding procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Collaborate with fitters, machinists, and quality control inspectors

• MBO level education in metalwork or welding technology

• Valid welding certifications (MIG/MAG), or willingness to obtain them

• Experience in welding heavy steel components, preferably in a manufacturing or offshore-related environment

• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Precise, quality-focused, and safety-aware work attitude

• Team player with good communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus
