HR Business Partner

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving complex people puzzles, and balancing high-level strategic advisory with hands-on delivery.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be a "player-coach" responsible for the full employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, and talent management. This role isn't about sitting behind a desk; it's about translating global people strategy into measurable, real-world business actions that noticeably improve engagement, retention, workforce capability, and culture across our hubs.

Priorities can evolve quickly in a growing international business, so we're looking for an agile HR professional who is comfortable providing expert legal and commercial advice while simultaneously keeping our day-to-day HR infrastructure robust and scalable.

• Build trusted relationships with senior and middle management to support workforce effectiveness and talent management.

• Review, develop, and implement culturally relevant HR policies that remain fully aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing legal risks with organizational performance.

• Proactively identify and mitigate people-related risks that could impact our culture, cost, or performance.

• Coach and enable managers to become self-sufficient in handling performance, engagement, and career development.

• Line manage and develop direct reports within the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

• Continuously optimize HR processes and ways of working to seamlessly support a growing, international workforce.
