Senior Front-End React/Next.js Developer

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Front-End React/Next.js Developer.
• You have a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• You have advanced experience with TypeScript and React.js/Next.js concepts.
• You have extensive experience with modern JavaScript (ES2017+), HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• You are highly proficient with React.js and Next.js.
• You have experience with a Back-End runtime environment such as Node.js or C# (.NET) and understand how back-end choices impact front-end architecture.
• You have experience leading and mentoring teams and making technical decisions.
• Working with Scrum/Agile is second nature to you.
• You are fluent in English.
• You live in The Netherlands.

As a Senior Front-End React/Next.js Developer, you will take the lead in developing user interface components and implementing them using modern front-end technologies, including React.js and Next.js. Your primary responsibility remains the front end, while bringing a strong full-stack mindset to architectural and technical decisions. You will collaborate with UX Designers to create solutions that deliver high-quality user experiences and present them to the team. You will be involved in critical decision-making around architecture, processes, and tools, and be responsible for ensuring the overall performance and maintainability of the solutions.
