What you will do

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will help us accelerate our growth by tackling whatever limiting factor we face. You will become a direct extension of the CEO and will work very closely with him. You will drive two to four high-priority strategic initiatives that the CEO cannot personally execute. Your work will range from taking ownership of everything required to make a product launch successful and temporarily leading functions until a specialist is hired to optimizing our recruitment process and preparing for a new fundraising process. You’re someone who thrives on complex problem-solving with a lot of unknowns, can absorb a lot of information quickly, and is used to context switching. You are comfortable taking on work you have never done before.

You will discuss strategy with the CEO and be in the room for the company’s most important conversations. You understand that shipping fast today is often more important than waiting for a fully refined product in two months. Every week will be different. As we enter our most ambitious stage, we’re looking for someone who can do whatever is needed to help us move faster. The Chief of Staff is one of the highest-impact roles in the company.

We combine our on-device Tiny AI software with our cloud-based Vision Language Models, providing People Detection, Video Search, AI Captions, Familiar Face Identification, Multi-camera ReID, Real-time Alerts and more. The best solution runs as much as possible on-device to enable low-power, accurate, and private AI products. This is where Plumerai leads, even outperforming Google Nest on accuracy. We are now starting to invest heavily in market adoption.

We build the most accurate and efficient AI solutions by vertically integrating all layers of the stack. From data collection and curation, custom training software, model architectures, multimodal LLMs, pre- and postprocessing, and all the way down to the fastest inference engines. Not only does our team have a deep theoretical understanding of all these components, we also know how to ship fast and often.

Our team is based in London and Amsterdam, we have recently raised funding to provide multiple years of runway, while our recurring revenue is growing rapidly.
