You're a design-school-trained creative with genuine aesthetic taste — someone who notices the details others miss and cares deeply about craft. You're equally comfortable in Figma and After Effects as you are experimenting with a new AI video tool for the first time. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment and bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to get hands dirty across the full production pipeline. You're the kind of person who sees a new tool and immediately wants to break it, understand it, and make something beautiful with it.
What they look for
Degree in or currently studying at a design school, or equivalent demonstrated background in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline
Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to visual detail, honed through formal design training
Proficiency in visual storytelling — from concept development through to execution
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to explore the intersection of design and technology
