What you will do
- Support and coordinate nutritional research projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, validation, and optimization of new products and nutritional concepts.
- Analyze and interpret research results, translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with relevant developments and trends within the animal nutrition industry.
- Support trial design, sample management, and project administration activities.
- Provide technical and nutritional expertise to customers and commercial teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to the further development of Protix’s nutritional knowledge base.
- Be based at our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch while spending time each week at our production facility in Bergen op Zoom.
About the company
As a Product Developer Animal Nutrition, you will be part of our Product Development team and play a key role in further developing and validating our insect-based ingredients. You will work closely with colleagues across Product Development, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, SHEQ, Operations, and external partners.
You will support research projects, generate valuable nutritional insights, and translate scientific knowledge into practical applications. Thanks to the broad scope of the role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and make a direct impact on Protix’s growth while contributing to a more sustainable food system.
