Working at Boskalis is about creating new horizons and sustainable solutions. In a world where population growth, an increase of global trade, demand for (new) energy and climate change are driving forces, we challenge you to make your mark in finding innovative and relevant solutions for complex infrastructural and marine projects.

Dredging is one of our traditional core activities and Boskalis is famous for projects like the land reclamation for Manila International Airport, Pulau Tekong, Singapore’s first polder or the expansion of the Suez Canal. Creation of new nature areas like the Markerwadden is something we contribute to too. In your job you will work for the dredging division. Boskalis have been protecting coastlines, reclaiming land, and developing infrastructure for over 100 years. That’s a lot of ingenuity, talent, and commitment. When we bring all of this together, we become more than the sum of our parts and can seize opportunities others miss. This is how we collaborate and make the difference together. In our lives, in our work and in the lives of people across the world.

If you are an experienced Senior Production Engineer looking to be involved in high-profile dredging projects around the world, while working for an international company that offers excellent opportunities for future career growth, then this role could be the perfect next step for you. You are not only able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment and help deliver successful project outcomes. Apply now for the position of Senior Production Engineer!

Boskalis is renowned for its leading and innovative projects, and as a Senior Production Engineer you will play a key role in their success. A great example is the Manila International Airport land reclamation project. Within this project, Boskalis developed approximately 1,700 hectares of land using large dredging vessels to build a resilient foundation for the new international airport. As a Senior Production Engineer, you are responsible for calculating and analyzing the most effective deployment of our dredging equipment, ensuring that production performance on projects is optimized.

• Where you will work: For office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office. Occasional travel to project sites may be required, but this will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• Full/part-time job: The position of function is a full-time (40 hours a week)
• Next steps: Apply easily by completing the online application form. Interviews are held online or in the office. Once it’s clear we’re a good match, we’ll make you an offer – and look forward to welcoming you to the company.
