  Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Digital Finance Intern within Unilever's Europe Home Care Performance Management team, you will help transform data into actionable business insights that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with finance and business leaders, you will contribute to understanding business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across European markets.

Depending on business priorities, your responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing market, customer and business performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across the Home Care category.
• Supporting the preparation and automation of recurring reports, dashboards and performance tracking tools used by management teams.
• Gathering and interpreting financial and operational data to provide insights into business performance and key drivers of results.
• Contributing to analyses related to profitability, competitiveness, innovation performance and customer trends.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and other business functions to support business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Exploring opportunities to leverage digital tools, automation and analytics solutions to improve efficiency and insight generation.
