• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring financial accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both local accounting requirements and US GAAP.

The Senior Accountant, Netherlands for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting, statutory reporting, compliance, and financial close activities for the Netherlands entity. This role serves as a key partner to regional Finance, Tax, Treasury, Shared Services, and external advisors, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with Dutch accounting and tax requirements, and timely financial reporting in accordance with both local regulatory requirements and US GAAP. The position reports to the Regional Finance Controller (or Director, Finance) and is a member of the EMEA Finance organization.
