We're looking for a Commercial & Logistics Analyst who is eager to make an impact from day one. Someone who enjoys diving into data, solving operational challenges and turning insights into action. This role combines commercial analysis and logistical coordination in a 50/50 split. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities in the numbers and ensuring our campaigns are delivered successfully behind the scenes. You'll join our Benelux organization at our headquarters in Den Bosch and work alongside ambitious Founders who are passionate about creating world-class loyalty campaigns. You’ll work with colleagues from sales, supply chain, finance, and project management, giving you exposure to all sides of the business from the start.

Key responsibilities

Commercial insights
Numbers tell a story. Your job is to uncover it.

• Analyse sales, campaign and operational performance data;
• Use forecasting and performance data to support operational planning and commercial decision-making;
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for customers and internal teams;
• Help optimize campaign performance through fact-based analysis.

Logistics coordination
Strong execution is what turns great ideas into successful campaigns.

• Coordinate campaign logistics from planning through delivery;
• Monitor timelines, inventory, deliveries and operational performance;
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time;
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions.

What you bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial Economics, Data Analytics or a related field;
• Commercial awareness and curiosity about what drives business performance;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• The ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Experience in retail, FMCG or customer marketing is a strong plus.
