Central Planners (Morning Shift)

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our morning operations (05:00–14:00), ensuring that disruptions such as no-shows, transport issues, sickness notifications, and urgent replacements are handled quickly and effectively. You make sure that all areas receive a complete, accurate, and consistent handover by 08:00. You’ll be based at our Headquarters in The Hague. Here is what you will be in charge of: You are responsible for monitoring and coordinating all morning operational flows across multiple regions, including no-shows, transport issues, sickness intake, and urgent replacement needs. You ensure quick resolution of disruptions to minimize impact on clients and temporary workers, while maintaining continuous communication with area planners, support teams, workers, and clients. You manage absence cases and ensure a complete, accurate operational handover to all areas by 08:00 each morning. Additionally, you handle escalations, follow up on critical issues, and contribute to improving overall operational efficiency during the morning control window (05:00–14:00).
