Founded in 2016, BlueHeart Energy set out to solve one of the biggest challenges in energy: creating heating and cooling systems that are efficient, affordable, and sustainable. 

After nearly a decade of research and development, we introduced the BlueHeart engine: a breakthrough thermoacoustic technology designed to deliver high performance with minimal energy use and zero carbon emissions across residential and industrial applications. Our work is driven by innovation, precision engineering, and a commitment to redefining heating and cooling for a sustainable world.

Join our team and help shape how AI is applied across an entire deep-tech company. You will identify, design, and deploy AI solutions that support engineering, R&D, operations, supply chain, and production teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to move beyond AI experimentation and work on solutions that create measurable business impact.

Please note: To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands and remain enrolled as a student until at least February 2027.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and decision-making

• Design and implement AI agents and workflow automations

• Collaborate with teams across engineering, R&D, operations, and supply chain

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications

• Support the deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the organization

• Currently studying Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, scripting, or software development projects

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
