Wat ze zoeken
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, data, or a related analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Affinity with data, processes, and technology (e.g. Celonis, Power BI or similar tools)
- Relevant academic background or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal, English). Dutch is a strong plus
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
- Willingness and ability to continuously learn and develop
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working

What this role looks like.
As a Process Intelligence Consultant, you work hands-on in process mining projects and contribute to delivering high-quality analyses and implementations. You are responsible for your own deliverables and play an active role in translating data into insights and improvement opportunities.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and clients, ensuring your work is accurate, structured, and contributes to project success. You continuously develop your technical and consulting skills, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and value.
